Many papers will work well: marker paper, various paper stocks, drawing paper, and watercolor paper. However, we recommend papers with a smooth, uncoated finish for most color applications that allow for beautiful ink blending and minimal ink spread.

OLO may be stored vertical or horizontal. Choose the orientation that works best for your workspace and needs.

AKA The Blender. Calling a colorless blender a “blender” is misleading as it does not allow for traditional blending techniques. The importance of this marker is in the absence of color, hence the name ZERO. Use ZERO with OLO to dilute color, add texture or minimize mistakes.

No, alcohol markers are not lightfast. We recommend keeping your artwork out of direct sunlight when possible.

No. Simply purchase a new cartridge when your OLO marker runs out of ink. Then, remove and reuse the nib and cap from your used marker and insert them into the new cartridge. That's it! No mess, no blob, no overfilling, and no clean-up.

A specific tool is not needed for OLO nibs. A regular pair of tweezers- or your hands- should work just fine.

No, there should be no drips or spills when replacing the ink cartridge.
