Return Policy:
The return policy of www.olomarker.eu allows you to reconsider your purchase and return the purchased item without providing any justification within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products. Only unopened products in the manufacturer’s original packaging and in good condition may be returned.
First, request return authorization by sending an email to manuela@olomarker.eu, specifying the order number and the products you wish to return. If your order meets the conditions for a valid return and complies with our return policy, you will be authorized to proceed via email. Carefully pack the products to be returned and ship them via courier to: Mundel srl - Via San Giuseppe 100, 21047 Saronno (VA), Italy. After receiving return authorization, you have 14 days to send us the items; after this period, the right to return expires, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the moment we receive the returned products. As soon as we have verified the condition of the returned items, we will send you an email. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
